On the second weekend of July, over 165 people gathered together for the annual Builders Weekend. It was a celebratory weekend, energy was high, and the stories of the summer helped to inspire and connect people with the joys and the impact of Camp Friedenswald. In a summer that has been marked by high attendance and participation in programs, Builders Weekend was yet another full and lively event!
Meet the 2024 Summer Staff
We are proud to introduce the 2024 summer staff team! In total, 29 young adults have committed themselves to a summer of service in the peaceful woods. Thirteen staff are back for a second summer, while the rest are joining us for the first time. Together they are a group who are committed to caring, serving, and growing –as individuals and as a community. When they all bring their instruments to campfire, we have a full fledged band!
